AIFD WAT application window open; check details and apply

Candidates who want to apply for AIFD WAT 2022 can fill the application form online. As per official website of Army Institute of Fashion & Design (AIFD) , the candidates have to apply online by filling up the application form and by paying the application fee. The last date to apply online is April 20, 2022 and the last date for receipt of application form (with late fee) is May 10. 2022. The scrutiny of online application and uploaded documents will be completed by May 13, 2022. AIFD exam will be conducted on May 29, 2022 from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM as the computer based test and the results will be declared on June 4, 2022.

The application fee for AIFD WAT is INR 500, although candidates applying after April 20 will have to pay INR 1000 as late fee. Those who apply successfully in the given duration of time will be issued admit card. Candidates can download the AIFD WAT admit card 2022 from the official website from May 27 onwards.

Army Institute of Fashion & Design (AIFD) conducts Written Admission Test (WAT) every year in order to provide admission to candidates in BSc Fashion and Apparel Design (BSc FAD) and BSc Fashion and Apparel Design (BSc FAD) programmes offered by it. However, since 2021 the AIFD is conducting online admission test (OAT) due to Covid-19.

How to Apply for AIFD WAT

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps to apply for AIFD WAT 2022:

• Step 1: Registration

  Visit the official website of the institute and click on 'New Registration'. Fill the application form. A login id and password will be generated.

• Step 2: Pay the Application Fee

  Candidates will have to pay the application fee, which is INR 500. After completion of successful payment, candidates had to Re-login and fill remaining application form, Upload necessary documents as mentioned above and submit the application form.
