UCEED / CEED 2022: Last-minute preparation tips

Students appearing in the UCEED and CEED 2022 exams need to follow the preparation tips  given below to get that extra edge over their competitors.

  • Solve sample papers - Try to solve at least a couple of sample papers. It will help you build confidence that you can take with you to the exam hall. Also, you can cover any small gaps that you find when solving these papers.
  • Take mock tests - The tests are ways to align your body and mind to the exam ambience. Take a few mock tests as well.
  • Go through your notes - At this stage there is no time to read books and go through large blocks of text. Instead brush up your preparation by glancing through all the important points.
  • Practice some drawing problems - You can use previous years’ question papers to practice drawing questions in addition to those given in the text books. There are also problem booklets you may try.
  • Don’t start any new topic - This is not the time to start any new topic, as it will simply eat into precious revision time. Also, new topics will be raw and so you will have a hard time remembering them, especially the complicated ones.
  • Stay healthy and dehydrated - Finally, take good care of your health. Sleep well, drink sufficient water, do some relaxing exercise, and be happy.

Exam-day guidelines

  • Follow the instructions given by the invigilator.
  • Don’t carry barred items like smartphones, smartwatches, or any digital gadgets inside the exam hall. Also, don’t carry written texts or books with you.
  • COVID-19 guidelines - Maintain social distancing, carry hand sanitizers, and wear masks at all times.
