DE-CODE Eligibility Criteria 2022 - The Centre of Design Excellence (CODE), Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur conducts the DE-CODE exam every year and is responsible for framing the eligibility criteria for the DE-CODE exam. These eligibility criteria pertain to the minimum academic qualification the candidate must possess. Only such candidates who meet all the eligibility criteria of DE-CODE 2022 can sit in the entrance exam, which is conducted once a year for admission to various design programmes. The registration process for the DE-CODE exam will start in the first week of April.

The Centre of Design Excellence (CODE), Vivekananda Global University (VGU), Jaipur hasn’t yet released the official schedule of exam. But as per the official website of institute, the notification for the DE-CODE 2022 is expected to be announced soon. The application form of DE-CODE will open in online mode and can be filled by candidates who meet the eligibility criteria for the exam mentioned below.

DE-CODE 2022 Eligibility Criteria 

Aspirants applying for admission in Bachelor of Design (BDes) course meet DE-CODE 2022 eligibility criteria if they have cleared their HSC examination (10+2) or have completed their 10+2 level from any recognised Central/State Board of Secondary Examination or any other recognised examination with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

Apart from this, candidates can also apply for admission if they have studied at any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in Foreign countries which is recognised by the Association of Indian Universities to be equivalent to 10+2 system with minimum 45% aggregate marks.

Another criteria on the basis of which aspirants meet the eligibility criteria of DE-CODE is that they should possess a three or four-year diploma which is recognised by AICTE or a State Board of Technical Education with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

DE-CODE 2022 Application Form

To apply for DE-CODE exam one need to follow the below mentioned steps:

Step 1: Register for DECODE. To register for DE-CODE aspirants need to enter their name, mobile number and email address. On doing this, aspirants will be sent a welcome email that would contain their username and password.

Step 2: Aspirants need to click on the computerised verification link provided in the email sent to them and login using the username and password provided to them.

Step 3: The application form opens and aspirants need to select their Application Type (Application & Registration form/Provisional Admission Form) as well as the programme (UG, PG, Diploma & PhD) for which they are applying for admissions.

Step 4: Fill the application form in detail.

Step 5: Next, aspirants need to upload their photograph along with their application form for DE-CODE. The photograph needs to be in png/ gif/ jpg/ jpeg format and should be less than 2 MB in size.

Step 6: Candidates then need to proceed towards uploading the required documents, accept the declaration and submit their online application form.

Step 7: Finally, candidates need to pay the application fee for DE-CODE 2022 via Card/Net Banking or UPI. The application fee of DE-CODE is INR 2,000/-
