The selection of the various courses will be done on the basis of the FDDI All India Selection Test (AIST) 2021 scheduled to be held on July 4, 2021.
FDDI Admissions 2021: Footwear Design and Development Institute (FDDI) is now inviting applications for admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses offered by the institute at its campuses in Noida, Fursatganj, Chennai, Kolkata, Rohtak, Jodhpur, Chhindwara, Guna, Ankleshwar, Patna, Hyderabad and Chandigarh.
Candidates who are aspiring to get admission into Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) courses offered in Footwear Design & Production (FDP), Fashion Design (FD), Leather Goods and Accessories Design (LGAD) and Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Retail & Fashion Merchandise (RFM), must note that they should have passed 10+2, in any stream/ equivalent or AICTE approved 3-year full time Diploma after Class x offered by the Board of Technical Education of any state or Union Territory.
The maximum age limit for the Bachelor’s programme will be 25 years as on July 1, 2021.
For admission to Master of Design (M.Des) in Footwear Design & Production (FDP) the applicant should have Bachelor’s Degree in Footwear/Leather Goods/ Design/ Fashion/ Fine Arts/ Architecture/ Engineering/ Production/ Technology.
For those seeking admission to Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Retail and Fashion Merchandise (RFM), a Bachelors’ Degree in any discipline is must. Candidates must note that there is no age limit for admission to Master Degree programmes (M.Des/ MBA).
Applicants need to have good communication skills in English and should have good command in Written and Spoken English Language.
