A: At JS Institute of Design (JSID) the admission process is designed in a way where we identify and nurture creative talent. Prospective students in these courses must first fill the online application and pay the nominal application fee. Applicants then take the Creative Intelligence Test (CIT), an admissions test that assesses creativity, spatial reasoning and general design knowledge. After the quiz, shortlisted candidates will participate in a personal interview, and it is highly recommended to bring a creative portfolio. Final selection is based on performance in the entrance exam, interview and portfolio review.
For the Digital Design Short Term Course, the process is more streamlined and focuses primarily on the applicant's previous academic achievements and passion for design.
