MITID DAT 2022 Application Process Ends on February 28; Apply Now

MITID DAT 2022 application process is set to end on February 28. Candidates can submit the application form and fees online. It is unlikely that MITID DAT 2022 application deadline will be extended thus, aspirants must complete the process before the last date. The MITID DAT examination is scheduled to be held on April 3, 2022 between 9 AM to 12 PM at various test centres across India. The MITID DAT results will be announced on April 20, 2022 at around 5 pm.

MAEER'S MIT Institute of Design, a constituent of MIT Art Design & Technology University conducts MITID DAT to provide admission to candidates in various BDes and MDes programmes at Avantika University, Ujjain, MIT Institute of Design, Pune and MIT University, Shillong.  The exam will be of 3 hours during which candidate have to solve questions from topics of:

• Design Inclination questions based on visual clues & general awareness
• Analytical questions based on scientific understanding (PCM)
• Logical Thinking skills
• Communication Skills – verbal & nonverbal abilities of expression
• Personality Trends – test of individual stand point.

There is no provision of negative marking in MITID DAT exam. Those qualifying the exam will be shortlisted for Studio Test and Personal Interview. For BDes and  BDes Fashion the Studio Test and Personal Interview will be conducted from May 3 to May 12, 2022 and for All MDes Programmes from May 17 to May 24, 2022.

How to Apply for MITID DAT 2022?

Given below is the registration cum application process of MITID DAT 2022 exam. Interested candidates can fill the forms online:

• Primarily, candidates need to register themselves on the official website of the college. Once registration is done, an account activation link is sent to candidates’ registered email IDs. 
• On activation, candidates can log in to their accounts by entering their credentials. Thereafter, candidates can fill MITID DAT 2022 application form in the online mode.
• Candidates can pay MITID DAT 2022 application fee in the online as well as offline mode. For online payment, candidates can use the internet payment gateway and submit the fee via debit card/ credit card/ net banking. For offline payment, candidates can draw a demand draft (DD) in favour of MIT ADT University-MIT Institute of Design which is payable at Pune.
• The application fee for Indian candidates is INR 3,000 whereas NRI, PIO, CIO, & Foreign National candidates need to pay INR 4,500 towards the application fee for the exam.
• Submit the form to complete the process.

Candidates must fill the form correctly in the first attempt itself. The MITID DAT application form will be submitted only upon payment of fees.
