Attributing their success to the guidance and counselling by their faculty members at MPSTME, the students said that the institute has provided them with a platform to display their innovative ideas. Yohaan and Tanuj have also focused on developing soft skills to secure the job.

Tanuj Chaniyari said, “I am thankful to my school for making me eligible for this opportunity. According to my job interview experience, employers look for a deep and intuitive understanding of the core subjects and problem-solving skills in candidates,” he said.

Speaking on the achievement, Yohaan Vakil said, “My educational journey with MPSTME has been the most rewarding experience of my life. The teaching pattern is not only academically driven but a lot of emphasis is also placed on nurturing soft skills.”

Yohaan and Tanuj say that consistent studying, following the curriculum diligently, grabbing all learning opportunities, and practising soft skills are the key to nailing this job.

Expressing joy over students’ achievements, Dr Alka Mahajan, Dean, MPSTME, said, “We are immensely proud of Yohaan and Tanuj for their accomplishments. MPSTME’s primary objective is to build a generation of holistically trained engineers possessing sound technical expertise that will create technology that serves the changing needs of the present world.”

“Yohaan and Tanuj are shining examples of this vision and I am confident that they will carry on the learnings from the institute to bring about a revolutionary change in the technology industry,” the dean said.
