IIIT Delhi offers the MTech Degree in computer science and engineering (CSE), electronics and communications engineering (ECE) and computational biology (CB) with specialisations in each course. It also offers postgraduate (PG) diploma courses in data/ computer science and artificial intelligence.

IIIT Delhi Admissions 2023: The Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology, Delhi (IIITD) is now inviting applications for admission into master's of technology (MTech) courses. All the candidates who are interested can now apply by visiting the official website; i.e. iiitd.edu.in.
IIIT Delhi MTech eligibility
All the candidates with and without a GATE score can apply for the course. However, the GATE-qualified candidates will be given preference during the whole admission process. In order to apply, the applicants must have a BTech/BE or MCA/MSc in CS/IT. Along with this, both the GATE and non-GATE candidates must have a minimum of 7 out of 10 CGPA or 65 per marks in qualifying degree.
