IIIT Nuzvid Placements 2022: 80% of students get jobs

61 companies including reputed firms from across the world participated in the recruitment drives conducted at IIIT Nuzvid campus.

IIIT Nuzvid Placements 2022: Placements at Rajiv Gandhi University Knowledge Technologies (RGUKT) Nuzvid IIIT witnessed nearly 80.70% of students getting placed in 2021-22, said the university’s Chancellor Professor KC Reddy.

433 girls and 266 boys secure jobs at IIIT Nuzvid Placements

A total of 866 engineers registered with various firms during the recruitment drive. Out of the total, 699 secured placements, of which 433 were girls and 266 were boys, the Chancellor said at a placement success meet organised on the campus on Friday.

Pay packaged offered at IIIT Nuzvid Placement range from INR 2.70 lakh to INR 5.40 lakh

According to Nuzvid IIIT Director GVR Srinivas Rao, 61 companies including reputed firms from across the world participated in the recruitment drives conducted at IIIT Nuzvid campus. “The annual packages offered to the selected students are in the range of INR 2.70 lakh to INR 5.40 lakh,” Srinivas Rao said.

Students from ECE department secured highest number of jobs

During the placements, in the Electronics and Computer Science (ECE) department, 95% of students secured placements, while 90% of Computer Science Engineering (CSE) students bagged jobs and 61% of Chemical and Computer Engineering students were recruited, the Director informed while discussing the attractive statistics of the IIIT Nuzvid placements 2022.

According to the Nuzvid IIIT Placement Officer Dr Nagarjuna Devi 18 more firms will conduct placement drives and recruit students from the university. Dean (Academics) D Sravani, Administrative Officer Pradeep, and heads of departments complimented the students on securing jobs at reputed companies.
