IIT Indore has introduced short-term programs for UG, PG, and PhD international students for the 2024-25 academic year. Candidates can apply for IIT Indore short-term programs online at the official website.
IIT Indore Short-Term Programs: The Indian Institute of Technology, Indore, has introduced short-term programs for undergraduate/postgraduate, and PhD international students for the 2024-25 academic year. Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria must apply online for IIT Indore short-term programs for UG/PG and PhD at the official website. The last date to apply for IIT Indore short-term programs is September 15, 2024.
The primary objective of the short-term program is to foster long-term collaborations between foreign institutions and universities and IIT Indore. The program aims to provide opportunities for international scholars to engage in advanced research fields.
Who are eligible for IIT Indore Short-Term Programs?
For inbound UG/PG program, candidates who are registered in a UG/PG program at any international university or institute can apply at IIT Indore. Whereas for PhD programs, those who are completing their PhD and are enrolled at any International university or institute can apply for IIT Indore short-term programs.
Financial Support Provided by IIT Indore
Those apply for IIT Indore PhD program, will be provided living expenses up to INR 35,000 per month. Also, a round trip economy class airfare is reimbursed as per actual expenses, with a maximum limit of INR 1,20,000 for the US, Canada, and Australia, INR 1,00,000 for Europe, the UK, Africa, and Japan, and INR 80,000 for SAARC, Asian, ASEAN, and Middle Eastern countries. They will also be given basic medical facilities at the health centre according to institute norms.
For those applying for the IIT Indore UG/PG program, tuition fees are waived. Additionally, round trip economy class airfare is reimbursed based on actual expenses, with maximum limits set at INR 1,20,000 for the US, Canada, and Australia; INR 1,00,000 for Europe, the UK, Africa, and Japan; and INR 80,000 for SAARC, Asian, ASEAN, and Middle Eastern countries.
