IIT Palakkad spot admission for MTech, MSc courses: Application closes today

Candidates interested to apply for the spot admission at IIT Palakkad for MTech and MSc courses must apply today by 5 pm.

IIT Palakkad invited applications from eligible candidates for spot admission in the streams of PG programs including MTech and MSc courses. The deadline to submit applications is today, August 17, up to 5 pm.

Interested candidates must be physically present on August 19, at 10 am at the Auditorium, First Floor, Ahalia Integrated Campus, Kozhippara PO, Palakkad. The candidates must also bring original documents and one set of photocopies of the documents. Requests for a change of date or time will not be entertained, stated the notification.

The candidates will be admitted on a first come first served basis and on merit, subject to compliance with admission criteria as per the JAM 2022 and COAP 2022 admissions. Those who will be coming late (after 10:00 am) on the said date will not be considered for

the spot admission process under any circumstances. The candidates shall report at 10:00 am sharp on the date mentioned above, said the notification.

Documents Required

The candidates need to have the following documents based on the official notification:

• Certificate of Class 10 or equivalent
• Certificate of Class 12 or equivalent
• Consolidated Marks Statement of UG / Transcript
• Degree Certificate of UG
• JAM Scorecard or GATE Scorecard, as applicable
• Aadhar Card (to establish the Nationality)
• Valid Category / Community certificate (for the students belonging to SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS). The OBC-NCL and EWS certificates should be valid at the time of physical verification.
• Certificate of physical disability, if applicable
