The official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University has published the schedule for the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (IPU CET). The entrance exam for BTech lateral entry is scheduled to take place on June 11, 2023, and June 13, 2023.
IPU CET 2023: As per schedule, IPU CET for diploma holders seeking lateral entry to the BTech programme will take place on June 11, 2023, between 3 pm and 5:30 pm. On the other hand, the IPU CET for BSc graduates aiming for lateral entry to the BTech programme will be held on June 13, 2023, from 10:30 am to 1 pm.
The official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has released the admit card for the IPU CET 2023. Applicants who have completed their registration for the Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test can now access and download their hall ticket from the official website.
How to Check the Schedule Online
The candidates can follow these steps to check the schedule of the exam
Step 1: Open the official website of Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University by entering www.ipu.ac.in
Step 2: On the homepage of the website, locate and click on the link titled "Schedule of CET 2023".
Step 3: The IPU CET Schedule 2023 will be displayed on the screen. Take time to carefully review the details and consider downloading the schedule for future reference.
According to the official website, "The schedule released for IPU CET 2023 is final, and no requests for changes in dates, sessions, or timing will be entertained.
IPU CET 2023 Exam Day Guidelines
Please find below the instructions for the IPU CET 2023 Exam Day:
- Candidates will not be allowed to enter the Examination Hall after half an hour from the start of the examination.
- Leaving the examination hall before the completion of the exam is strictly prohibited.
- Candidates must hand over their OMR answer sheet and test booklet to the Invigilator before leaving the IPU CET Exam Centre.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the examination hall during Test hours.
- Tea, coffee, cold drinks, or snacks are not permitted inside the examination hall during the Test.
- Any candidate found using unfair means or violating the rules during the Common Entrance Test will face necessary disciplinary action by the University.
- No candidate should carry any textual material, written or printed notes, bits of paper, or any other unauthorized material except the IPU CET Admit Card inside the examination hall.
- Carrying calculators, pens, cell phones, pagers, or any other electronic devices to the Examination Centre is strictly prohibited. The University will not provide any arrangement for the safe keeping of such items and will not be responsible for any loss. Parents are advised to counsel their wards against carrying such items to the examination centre. If a candidate is found in possession of such gadgets during the examination, it will be considered as the use of unfair means.
- Candidates must not give or receive any form of undesirable assistance during the Test, as it will be considered as the use of unfair means.
- Any attempt to write down questions or remove pages from the Test Booklet will be taken seriously, and legal action may be taken. This will be treated as the use of unfair means.
- The decision regarding the use of unfair means will be made by the university based on the report of the centre superintendent of the exam centre, upon the recommendation of a committee constituted by the Controller of Examinations of the University. The composition of the committee will be determined by the Controller of Examinations.
