JEE Main 2023 admit card out? NTA warns against fake info

The National Testing Agency has clarified that the only source of authentic information on JEE Main 2023 exam are the official websites, i.e. jeemain.nta.nic.in and nta.ac.in. 

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued a notice on fake information circulating on social media regarding JEE 2023 Admit Card and city intimation slip. The official notice issued by the agency can be checked on the official site of NTA JEE at jeemain.nta.nic.in.  

The notice read, “It has been brought to our notice that videos are being circulated on the social media platforms which claim to possess “insider” information on date of release of City Intimation Slip and Admit Card of JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2. NTA rejects these claims as fake and misleading. Students and their parents are urged not to fall prey to such videos and YouTube channels hosting these videos.” 

It read, “It is reiterated that the only source of authentic information on the JEE (Main) Examination are the official NTA websites for JEE (Main) i.e. https://jeemain.nta.nic.in/ and https://nta.ac.in/.” The notice stated, “Dates of release of City Intimation Slip and Admit Card are announced through Public Notice on the above website only. For more clarification regarding the Examination City Intimation Slip or Admit Card for JEE (Main) – 2023 Session 2, the candidate can contact 011-40759000 or e-mail at jeemain@nta.ac.in.”

JEE Main 2023 Session 2 will be held from April 6 to 12, 2023. The number of test cities in India has been reduced from 501 to 290 in JEE Main 2023. Details regarding JEE Main 2023 exam centre allotted to the candidate will be mentioned in the JEE Main admit card 2023. Candidates are also allowed to change their choice of exam city before the release of JEE Main admit card 2023, however, the exam centre cannot be changed after the release of the hall ticket.
