JEE Main 2023 Shift 2 over; check analysis, difficulty level
The second shift of JEE Main 2023 Day 1 concluded at 6 pm. Read on to know about question paper difficulty level, type of questions, and other details.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) concluded the JEE Main 2023 January 24 shift 2 exam at 6 pm. The exam was conducted from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Based on initial reactions from students who appeared for JEE Main 2023 in Shift 2, it can be said that the overall difficulty level of JEE Main 2023, January 24, Shift 2 paper was moderate. Some students said the chemistry section was a bit tougher as compared to maths and physics.
As per the students who appeared for JEE Main 2023 shift 1, the overall paper was moderate in difficulty level. Inorganic chemistry had higher weightage than organic and physical. While the mathematics section was quite tough, chemistry section was easy. They said there were questions on semiconductors, one question on mathematical reasoning, four questions on vector 3D, one question on integration and four questions on hyberbola.
The NTA will upload JEE Main 2023 question paper, responses of candidates and the provisional answer key once the JEE Main Session 1 is over. Candidates will be able to access these documents after February 1, 2023.
Applicants appearing for the exam are advised to carry their JEE Main admit card 2023 along with one valid photo ID proof. JEE Main 2023 Session 1 will be held on January 24, 25, 29, 30, 31 and February 1 for paper 1 (BE/Btech). On January 28, the BArch/BPlanning paper will be held in single shift.
