JEE Main 2024: NTA adds Abu Dhabi as new exam city for the upcoming exam

NTA has added Abu Dhabi as the new JEE Main 2024 exam city. Candidates can select Abu Dhabi as their preferred exam city while filling the JEE Main Application Form 2024. Sharjah and Dubai are already examination cities of JEE Main 2024.

National Testing Agency has released a notification on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in informing the addition of Abu Dhabi as a new exam Centre outside India.

As per the notice, to support the student community of Abu Dhabi, it has been decided to add Abu Dhabi as an Examination City for the JEE Main 2024. Here it may be noted that the cities of Dubai and Sharjah are already examination Cities for the JEE Main 2024.

Candidates who are living in Abu Dhabi and wish to appear in the JEE Mains 2024 exam from the city of Abu Dhabi can now select the exam Centre while filling the application form. Those candidates who have already filled the Application Form can edit their City of Examination during the correction period. The schedule of the correction period will be intimated in due course.

JEE Main 2024 exam will be conducted in 300 cities across the country and 31 cities outside India, including the newly added Abu Dhabi city. NTA had earlier reduced the number of exam cities for JEE Main. Several cities from Bihar were not included as the JEE Main 2024 exam Centre which had earlier been part of the list.

JEE Main Application form 2024 was released by the NTA on November 1. Interested candidates can fill the form online from the website. JEE Mains 2024 registration last date is November 30. NTA will conduct the JEE Mains 2024 session 1 exam from January 24 to February 1.
