JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exam Tomorrow; Know What Things are Allowed Inside IIT JEE Exam Centre

JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exam: NTA will be conducting session 2 JEE Mains 2024 exam from tomorrow at various exam centres across the country. Those appearing for JEE Main 2024 session 2 exam must check what things are allowed inside the centre. Check JEE Main exam day guidelines here 

JEE Main Session 2 Exam 2024: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence session 2 of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) 2024 from tomorrow: April 4. Those appearing for the entrance exam must download their JEE Main admit card from the official website: jeemain.nta.ac.in to appear in session 2 exam. As per the announced date, JEE Main session 2 will be held April 4 and 12, 2024. 

JEE Main 2024 will be held in two shifts - the morning session will commence at 9 AM and conclude at 12 PM. The evening shift will start at 3 PM and end at 6 PM. The exam will be held for 3 hours, however, an extra 30 minutes will be given for JEE Main paper 2 BArch, BPlanning exam will be held in the first shift on April 12, 2024. 

What Things Are Allowed Inside JEE Main 2024 Exam Centre? 

Candidates have to carry their JEE Main admit card, along with self-declaration downloaded from the NTA website duly filled in. Along with this, they can check below the mentioned items that have to be carried inside the exam centre of JEE Main session 2: 

• Anyone of the following ID for verification: school ID card, PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport, or Aadhaar card
• Additional passport-size photograph to be pasted on the attendance sheet
• PwD certificate if applicable
• A blue or black ball pen and a transparent bottle
• A scribble pad will be provided to the candidates for calculation. They need to hand it over to the invigilator before leaving the centre
• Sugar tablets or fruits like bananas, apples, oranges in case the candidate is diabetic

What NOT to carry When Going for JEE Main 2024 Session 2 Exam?

Candidates appearing for the JEE Main session 2 should note that they cannot carry the below-mentioned items:

• Instruments
• Geometry or pencil box
• Handbag or purse
• Any paper/ stationery/ textual material (printed or written material), eatables
• Mobile phone/ earphone/ microphone/ pager, calculator, slide rules, log tables, camera, tape recorder, electronic watches or any other electronic gadgets
