To Ensure Fairness and Integrity in Exam Centres, NTA Launches Nationwide Flying Squads

JEE Mains 2024 Session 2: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has deployed flying squads, with NTA officers to keep an eye on JEE Main 2024 exam centres across the country. These teams make sure that the exam is being held smoothly and that cheating is stopped right away. NTA is ensuring that the exams are fair for all the aspirants. 

To prevent cheating in the JEE Mains exam, NTA has also implemented measures such as utilising AI tools and employing biometric verification. The JEE Main Session 2 exams is being conducted from April 4 to 12, 2024. With the registration of 12.57 lakh candidates, NTA has emphasised its dedication to ensuring a fair and secure examination environment.

Candidates are urged against resorting to unfair practices that may provide an unfair advantage over others. NTA has implemented rigorous measures, including multistage verification, biometric authentication, and continuous invigilation to deter malpractices.

If someone is caught cheating, they could be stopped from taking the JEE Main exam they were in. Their application will get cancelled right away. Also, they will not be able to take the JEE Main exam again, not just this year but in future years too. So, they could be banned from the exam for a long time.
