Tejas had taken money for his friend and not for himself. His friend was supposed to pay the EMI Which he did not, said the family members.
The family also said that the loan recovery agents of the application were making threat calls to Tejas and had reached his house and thretened him. The father of the victim, Gopinath, had sought time to clear the dues but the lenders did not budge.
He left a suicide note saying, "Sorry mom and dad for whatever I did. I have no other choice other than this. I am unable to pay other loans that is there in my name and this is my final decision... Goodbye," as reported by India Today.
