MHT CET 2024 Option Entry Starts; Fill and Lock Choices Till August 11 at mahacet.org
MHT CET 2024 option entry process has started for CAP round 1 today. Candidates can enter their preferred choices of course and colleges through MHT CET option entry link at the official website.
MHT CET Counselling 2024: The Maharashtra CET Cell has activated the MHT CET 2024 option entry window today: August 9. Candidates participating in the counselling round and whose names have been selected through the final merit list must complete round 1 MHT CET option entry by visiting the official website: mahacet.org or fe2024.mahacet.org.
They need to use their application ID and password to fill up the MHT CET CAP round 1 choices. They can fill and lock their choices for MHT CET round 1 counselling 2024 by August 11, 2024. Based on that MHT CET seat allotment result 2024 for round 1 will be announced on August 14, 2024.
How to fill MHT CET 2024 Round 1 Choices?
Through MHT CET options entry, candidates have to fill out their choice of colleges and courses online. The selection of choices has to be done in the order of preference. They can go through the steps to know how to complete MHT CET option entry:

Step 2: Now, go to the candidate's login tab

Q: What is MHT CET 2025 exam date?
MHT CET 2025 exam dates have been announced. The CET Cell will conduct the MHT CET PCM exam 2025 from April 19 to 27, 2025 while the PCB exam will be held from April 9 to 17, 2025. The exam schedule has been announced on the website cetcell.mahacet.org.
Candidates should keep checking this page or the official website to get regular updates about the MHT CET 2025 exam dates. The MHT CET application form 2025 will be released in January.
Q: Will there be any break in MHT CET 2025 exam?
The total duration of MHT CET exam is 3 hours and the exam is conducted continuous without any break. Candidates are allowed to enter the exam hall as per the scheduled time and can leave only after the completion of paper. The exam will have a total of 150 questions from 3 subjects, Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Students have to answer 75 questions out of 90 in 3 hours without any break. Also, there is no separate time for subjects and students can appear any subject based on his/her choice.
Q: Are calculators allowed in MHT CET exam?
Calculators are not allowed in the MHT CET exam. However, students are provided the virtual calculator during the exam which can be used to solving lengthy calculations. The virtual calculator is made available on the computer screen during the test and candidates can use it by clicking on the calculator link. Candidates are advised to practice solving numerical questions on their own as using virtual calculators can take much time.
Q: Where can I find important study materials for MHT CET preparation?
Students can check details about MHT CET important chapter and topics from this page. While it is necessary that students pay special attention to chapters with high weightage, it is highly advised that they cover the full MHT CET syllabus.
