MHT CET 2024 Toppers List Out After Aaditya Thackeray Alleges Mismatch in Scores, Percentiles
The MHT CET toppers list 2024 has been released after Aaditya Thackeray of Shiv Sena (UBT) demanded transparency and asked officials to disclose students' marks. Check names, scores, exam date and time of MHT CET toppers 2024.

MHT CET 2024: In response to Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Aaditya Thackeray's call for transparency, the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell has released the details of the MHT CET 2024 toppers, including the marks secured by students in the engineering exam. As per the information released, out of the total 7,25,052 registered, 6,75,377 students were declared pass in MHT CET 2024 by recording a pass percentage of 93.15%.
This year, the MHT CET 2024 was conducted from April 22 to May 16, 2024. The PCB group exam was held from April 22 to 30, 2024, while the PCM group exam was conducted from May 2 to 16, 2024. MHT CET was held at 159 centres, with 143 located within Maharashtra and 16 outside the state.
"Since one paper was conducted in 24 batches, there were instances that some papers were difficult, while others were easy. Those who secured less marks have got more percentile and the ones securing more marks have got less percentile," Aaditya Thackeray said in a press conference. He also claimed that the percentile was formulated in the wrong way.
