MoE-AICTE Investor Network Set To Launch Today by Union Education Minister

The Union Education Minister, Dharmendra Pradhan, is set to inaugurate the Ministry of Education-AICTE Investor Network today. MoE-AICTE Investor Network: Dharmendra Pradhan, the Union Minister for Education and Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, will be launching the Ministry of Education (MoE) - AICTE Investor Network today. The inauguration is scheduled to take place at Hotel The Lalit in New Delhi, beginning at 6 pm. 

This initiative is designed to offer financial assistance, mentorship, and strategic direction to startups in their initial stages that are spearheaded by students or faculty. The objective of the MoE-AICTE Investor Network is to foster private investment in these student and faculty-led startups. Additionally, investors participating in this network will gain a unique chance to engage and work alongside their counterparts. 

Aim of MoE-AICTE Investor Network

This investor network aims to bridge the gap between investors and transformative educational initiatives, fostering collaboration for the advancement of education and technology. This initiative marks a significant step towards realising the ministry's vision of creating a vibrant ecosystem for innovation and entrepreneurship. 

A total of 50 investors and industry leaders from diverse sectors have been invited to attend the launch of MoE-AICTE Investor Network. An interactive session with the minister on the topics such as the future of education, technology, and innovation will also be held.

Higher education secretary Sanjay K Murthy, All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) chairman TG Sitharam will also be present at the inauguration of MoE-AICTE Investor Network. TG Sitharam said, “MoE-AICTE Investor Network is designed to connect investors with innovative minds in the higher education institutions to establish meaningful connections and collaboration in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, leading the path towards Viksit Bharat @2047.”
