NIT Calicut and Vehant Technologies Signs MoU to Co-Teach Students and Work on AI/ML Projects
NIT Calicut and Vehant Technologies have partnered to co-educate BTech/MTech and PhD students, combining expertise from NIT faculty and Vehant scientists. This collaboration underscores their mutual commitment to advancing and applying AI/ML knowledge.
NIT Calicut and Vehant Technologies, specialising in AI/ML-based security solutions, have entered into a MoU to collaboratively educate BTech/MTech and PhD students, leveraging the expertise of NIT faculty and Vehant scientists. This partnership emphasises their joint commitment to advancing, disseminating, and applying knowledge in AI/ML.
The collaboration is going to facilitate collaborative projects between NITC students, professors, and the R&D team of Vehant, with a focus on the development and application of AI/ML technologies in security domains such as physical security, surveillance, traffic monitoring, and enterprise analytics.
NIT Calicut and Vehant Technologies have committed to impactful contributions in both academia and industry via collaborative efforts. Vehant and NITC will unite in several AI/ML and related areas, acknowledging their combined capabilities. With aligned interests, NITC faculty will engage in Vehant's initiatives and provide academic consulting. Their collaboration is geared towards nurturing innovation, aiming to showcase and publish breakthroughs in conferences and technical journals.

NIT Calicut will undertake projects from Vehant where students and faculty of NITC will work along with the R&D staff of Vehant with a particular focus on applications of AI/ML techniques to Physical security, Surveillance and Traffic monitoring."
