NIT Calicut offers certificate course in Sanskrit

Candidates interested in the NIT-C certificate course in Sanskrit must note that no prior knowledge of Sanskrit is required to join the course. 

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Calicut is all set to offer course in Sanskrit. Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi, has sanctioned a Centre for Non-Formal Sanskrit Education (NFSE) at the National Institute of Technology, Calicut (NITC) to offer a one-year certificate course in Sanskrit. According to the official reports, the technology institute commenced the course on August 18. NIT Calicut certificate course in Sanskrit aims to initiate Sanskrit learning and introduce science and literature in Sanskrit language.

Candidates interested in the NIT-C certificate course in Sanskrit must note that no prior knowledge of Sanskrit is required to join the course, a press release said. Classes will be held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at NIT-C. PG Spot admissions at NIT Calicut

National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT-C) has also decided to conduct institute-level spot admission for various programme. The spot admissions will be conducted in order to fill the vacant seats of various courses such as MTech, MPlan, and MSc programmes. Candidates with valid GATE or JAM scores are eligible to apply for admission to vacant seats.

Candidates with valid GATE or JAM score in respective disciplines seeking admission at NIT Calicut for the above-mentioned course may report at NIT-C at 8 am on August 26 for the admission process. Details regarding NIT-C admissions 2022 for vacant seats in MTech, MPlan, and MSc programmes are available on the official website of the institute, i.e. www.nitc.ac.in
