NIT Jalandhar organises Mega Sports Carnival 2023

The event was inaugurated by Prof. Binod Kumar Kanaujia, Director NIT Jalandhar in the presence of Prof. Ajay Bansal, Registrar, Prof. Shailendra Bajpai, Chief Warden and Hostel Wardens of NITJ.

A Mega Sports Carnival 2023 is being organised in the NIT Jalandhar from October 5, 2023. It will conclude on October 8, 2023.

Moreover, Institution Innovation Council (IIC) at NIT Jalandhar organized an Induction cum Orientation session on October 4, 2023, to warmly welcome all second-year students.

NIT Jalandhar participated in "Swachhata" campaign

Dr B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology Jalandhar conducted a spirited cleanliness drive, "Shramdaan," as an integral part of Special Campaign 3.0 for "Swachhata" in Government Offices on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti which saw the esteemed presence of Dr B.K. Kanaujia, the Director of the institute.

The Director Dr. B.K. Kanaujia stated that the Shramdaan cleanliness drive at NITJ was driven by a comprehensive set of objectives that aimed not only to promote a cleaner and healthier environment but also to instil a sense of civic responsibility and sustainability among its participants and the community at large.

This initiative took place on October 02, 2023, with dedicated hours from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM. The event garnered enthusiastic participation from various segments of the NITJ community, including faculty and staff members, cultural coordinators, NCC & NSS coordinators, HoDs, Deans, Registrar Dr. Ajay Bansal, and the esteemed Director, Dr. B.K. Kanaujia.
