The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal has invited applications for PhD courses for the December 2022 session. The institute is offering PhD admissions in engineering, sciences, humanities and social sciences and management courses. The last date to apply is December 4, 2022.
PhD programmes in full-time and part-time modes are offered in the following departments: Civil Engineering; Electrical Engineering; Mechanical Engineering; Electronics and Communication Engineering; Metallurgical and Materials Engineering; Chemical Engineering; Computer Science and Engineering; Biotechnology; Mathematics; Physics; Chemistry; Humanities and Social Sciences and School of Management.

As per the official website, application form is to be submitted online which is available at https://admissions.nitw.ac.in/register/?next=/. All necessary documents are to be uploaded online. The proof of payment of registration fee (which is INR 1,600 for GEN/ GEN-EWS/ OBC-NCL and INR 800 for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates) must accompany the application form.
The candidates selected for admission to PhD under full-time programme are eligible to receive institute fellowship as per the Ministry of Education rules, whereas the candidates selected for admission to PhD programmes under part-time basis are not eligible to receive institute fellowship.
