TS EAMCET 2024: 11 new engineering colleges to be setup in Telangana

TS EAMCET 2024 Exam Date: Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTUH) will soon release the TS EAMCET 2024 application form on the official website. As per the news reports from local newspapers, Telangana government is planning to setup 11 new engineering colleges in the state. The admission process for new engineering colleges as per the proposal is yet. However, it is expected that admissions to government engineering colleges will be made based on TS EAMCET 2024 score.
The proposal to upgrade 11 polytechnic colleges is already under consideration. The intake for the proposed colleges will remain same and new buildings will be constructed for the engineering colleges. As per the proposal, the colleges will be equipped with advanced labs. The removal of second shift classes is also under consideration and colleges will be held throughout the day in a single shift. Applicants looking for “when is EAMCET 2024 exam date” must note that the exam is likely to be conducted from May 10. The authorities will conduct the TS EAMCET exam 2024 in online computer-based mode.
The government is also planning to rename the TS EAMCET exam as EPACET or EAPCET. The proposal to change the name of the exam is also under consideration. The move came as medical admissions are being done through the NEET exam now. If proposal is accepted, then new name will be adopted from the upcoming session only.
