UPTAC 2024 Round 2 Seat Allotment Declared at uptac.admissions.nic.in

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University will release the UPTAC counselling 2024 seat allotment date along with the official notification. Applicants who complete the choice filling process can check their UPTAC seat allotment result through login credentials. The exam authority releases the UPTAC counselling seat allotment 2024 on the basis of choices filled by the candidates. The seat allotment result of UPTAC counselling will be released separately for all the rounds in online mode. 

Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University will commence the UPTAC counselling online willingness process after the declaration of the seat allotment result. Applicants allotted seats can fill their online willingness from login facility. Applicants appearing in the counselling process have to login using their credentials to choose their willingness against the allotted seats. Candidates have to choose from options freeze, float and withdrawal options. Candidates choosing float option will be considered for upgradation. However, applicants choosing the freeze option are not considered for upgradation. Any candidate who does not want to participate in the further rounds of counselling can choose the withdrawal option. 

After accepting a seat allotted during UPTAC counselling seat allotment, applicants will be given a chance to withdraw their seat. The exam authority will deduct INR 5000 & INR 3000 fee for freeze and float options respectively. Candidates must note AKTU will not allow candidates to participate in the further rounds after withdrawing their allotted seats. Candidates are advised to be double sure before withdrawing their seats.   

Yes, applicants allotted seat at the time of UPTAC counselling seat allotment have to report at the institute as per the schedule. Candidates need to report at the institute before the last date for admission confirmation. Applicants have to carry all the documents and xerox copies at the time of physical reporting. Applicants who fail to report at the allotted institute will be disqualified from the admission process. Candidates are advised to keep track of UPTAC counselling dates 2024 to never miss any event related to the admission process.

The exam authority verify all the documents uploaded by candidates at the time of UPTAC registration. Candidates are advised to upload all the documents as per the specifications mentioned in the official notification. In case of any discrepancy in documents uploaded by candidates, AKTU will inform students to re-upload documents. In case of any discrepancy in any document, AKTU reserves the right to disqualify a candidate from the admission process.
