Selected candidates for VITREE 2025 admissions can check the instructions below regarding the fee payment and guide selection -
- Shortlisted candidates must pay an online fee of INR 43,000 (annual tuition fee of INR 40,000, including a one-time caution deposit of INR 3000) before the due date.
- One must check the research credentials of the eligible guides across the schools/research centres available on the website.
- Candidates must log in to the portal to select the faculty as a guide.
- The proposal guide will be selected or declined depending on the factors mentioned.
Documents Required for VITREE 2025 Admission
Candidates must submit the following documents or certificates in original with one set of photocopies in person on January 6, 2025, at Anna Auditorium at the Vellore campus.
- Tuition fee receipt
- Mark list -X
- Mark list - HSC/+2
- UG and PG degree certificate/ provisional degree certificate and year-wise/semester-wise mark sheet.
- Transfer certificate/Migration certificate or college-leaving certificate
- Nativity certificate for North and Eastern states of India.
- Aadhaar card
- Physical fitness certificate (in specified format)
- Affidavit by parent (in specified format)
- Affidavit by student (in specified format)
- Undertaking in the enclosed format
- Six recent color passport size photograph.
Candidates must note that once the guide is allotted, there is no option to change. Also, changing the category from Internal Full Time (IFT) to External Full Time (EFT) and campus change is not allowed. The last date to submit the VITREE guide and fee payment is January 6, 2025.
