Goa: VM Salgaocar College of Law to organise International Dispute Resolution Competition

VM Salgaocar College of Law will conduct International Dispute Resolution Competition between Feb 23 to Feb 25, 2023, interested candidates can apply by October 20, 2022.

The competition will be held offline where 24 Negotiating Teams and 12 Mediators from around the world will be selected to compete in the Mediation Competition. The competition is a platform to network, innovate and keep abreast of the latest happenings in the field of ADR. 

In its last seven editions, Lex Infinitum has seen teams from Kenya, Singapore, London, Czech Republic, Poland, the United States of America, Europe and all across India. It is judged by the finest experts in the field of ADR from all around the world, as reported by Live Law.

"The google form for applications is posted on the official website- www.lexinfinitum.in. The applicant teams shall duly fill the same and submit on or before 20th October 2022, 23:59 Indian Standard Time," reads the official notification.

For the selection process, the selection committee, consisting of VM Salgaocar College of Law and the Advisory Committee, will shortlist a total of 24 teams out of all the applicant teams that have successfully completed the application by the deadline.

"The selection process is entirely within the discretionary power of the selection committee, and any decision taken by the selection committee shall be considered final. The names of the selected teams will be communicated to them through email on November 1, 2022," added the notification.
