Government Law College (GLC) Mumbai has reported three Covid cases and also made Covid appropriate behaviour mandatory on premises.

After three female law students found Covid positive in the Government Law College (GLC) Mumbai, the college administration has made the Covid appropriate behaviour including using masks and hand sanitisers mandatory on the college premises.

The city has reported a dip in cases today with 150 fresh cases and no casualties. However, health officials have said that the lowering of cases could be due to fewer tests done over the weekend, as reported by TOI.

Covid cases in GLC Mumbai found amid exams

A notice at the college reads, "All the students of three-year and five-year law course are hereby informed that some of the students from our college have been found Covid-19 positive therefore it is requested to students please wear the mask and hand sanitizer while appearing the exams and follow the Covid-19 guidelines strictly."

University of Mumbai issues notice about examination pattern of first-year law course

The notification says, "The Principals of Law colleges, Directors of Thane Sub Campus and University Of Mumbai - Law Academy (UMLA) are hereby informed about the pattern for LLB semester I exams scheduled in June 2022 is as followed: In the interest of uniformity paper pattern of LLB Sem I of 3 years and 5 years, will be the current paper pattern, i.e. 20 MCQs for 30 marks and 10 descriptive questions for 30 marks. The pending exams for backlog students of LLB 5 yrs semester II, III & V will also be in the same pattern."
