AIHMCT WAT 2022 To be Held in Online Mode; Application Forms Available Online Till May 20

The Army Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology will conduct an Online Admission Test (OAT) for admission to the BHM degree course. The exam will be held across 28 centres in India on May 29.

Online AIHMCT WAT 2022 application form is available over the official website aihmctbangalore.edu.in. Candidates have to download the form, fill it and send it to the said address before the deadline. The cost of the registration form is INR 1000.

Registration form must be sent with INR 1000  through NEFT in favour of “Institute Fund, AIHM&CT” A/c No 64020010441, payable at State Bank of India, Hennur Road, Bangalore – 560 043, IFSC Code No SBIN0014933.

The candidate should have passed 10+ 2 examinations or its equivalent in any academic stream with English as a compulsory subject. Candidates can also apply provisionally, subject to the condition that they produce proof of passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission. Aspirants can go through the detailed AIHMCT WAT 2022 eligibility criteria here. The candidate should not be more than 22 years of age as of 01 Jul 2022. The date of birth recorded in the matriculation or equivalent examination certificate will be considered as proof.

AIHMCT Written Admission Test (WAT) will be not held in written mode, rather the exam will be held online. Thus, WAT is now the online admission test (OAT). OAT 2022 will be held on May 29, 2022, from 9 am to 12 noon. The merit list for admission will be out on June 9, based on the marks of the candidates in AIHMCT OAT 2022.

Questions in the exam will come from English Language, General Knowledge, Hospitality and Tourism, Reasoning & Logical Deduction, and Scientific Aptitude & Numerical Ability.

On the basis of performance in OAT, candidates will be called for counselling at AIHM&CT, Bangalore. The final selection will be based on the performance in the OAT followed by a personal interview. The first 60 merit listed candidates will be offered admission.
