Sarovar Hotels has launched the Sarovar Leadership Development Program (SLDP), designed to offer outstanding career growth opportunities to aspiring young professionals in the hospitality industry. In collaboration with the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH), a prestigious institute in Gurugram, Sarovar Hotels has forged a strategic partnership to enhance academic support and develop a robust curriculum for the program. SLDP is set to commence on August 12, 2024.  

Sarovar Leadership Development Program (SLDP)

The 12-month hybrid program is thoughtfully crafted to empower participants with essential knowledge, skills, and practical experience essential for thriving in their careers and assuming leadership roles. This comprehensive program features rigorous training covering diverse facets of management, leadership, and industry-specific competencies, including business communication, operational finance, information technology, digital marketing, and revenue management.

Participants will engage in a blend of classroom sessions, online learning modules, hands-on training, and mentorship sessions held at Hometel Chandigarh, a Sarovar Hotel. ISH will further enrich the program with boot camps and master classes conducted either at Hometel or on ISH's campus.

As part of the program, students will be matched with seasoned mentors from Sarovar Hotels and ISH, who will offer guidance, support, and valuable insights throughout their journey. This mentorship aims to accelerate the trainees' personal and professional growth by leveraging the expertise of experienced industry professionals.

On successful completion of the program, the candidates will receive a course certification from ISH in alliance with Les Roches which will include course credits to open pathways for higher studies internationally. Outstanding performers will be offered exciting career opportunities within Sarovar Hotels based on their interests and capabilities.
