Calicut University to issue duplicate certificates to students who lost documents in flood; know how to apply

Those who have lost/damaged their certificates due to flood should submit the damaged copy along with the application.

Calicut University released a notification for the students of Calicut University who have lost their mark sheet or certificates in the recent flood or landslide. These candidates can apply for duplicate certificates from the university on the official website.

Here’s how to apply for obtaining duplicate certificates:

  • Visit the official website at cupbonline.uoc.ac.in/CuPbOnline/duplicate_degree
  • Apply for the consolidated mark list or the degree certificate online and then submit the hardcopy of the application to –

The Controller of Examinations, University of Calicut, Calicut University (P.O), Malappuram (District), PIN-673635.

Separate applications will be required to be filled for undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD certificates. Candidates whose certificates have been damaged in the flood should submit the damaged copy along with the application.  The application is to be certified by the Village Officer.

There will be no application fee. Candidates will need to pay a postal charge of Rs 50 by e-payment or challan (Purpose: EDS04) and proof of remittance to be attached along with the hardcopy of the application.

Applicants have to enter their name, date-of-birth, register number, gender, mobile number, permanent address, communication address, village, academic details etc, while submitting their application.
