CUH and IIP collaboration aims to increase significant contribution in research, knowledge sharing and skill development of the candidates. Besides, the MoU aims to enhance academic and industrial synergies, benefiting students, faculty, and professionals in the field of packaging.

Central University of Haryana MoU with Indian Institute of Packaging

Central University of Haryana (CUH) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP), Delhi. The MoU between CUH and IIP was signed to encourage collaboration in research, knowledge sharing, and skill development for students from both institutions. Besides, the collaboration also aims for the betterment of academic and industrial synergies and provides insights to students, faculty and professionals in the field of packaging. 

The Vice Chancellor of CUH, Prof Tankeshawar Kumar, inaugurated the Advanced Sustainable Packaging Laboratory in collaboration with M/s Ajanta Glass Ltd. He also shared his delight due to the partnership between the Central University of Haryana and the Indian Institute of Packaging Science research, education and training. He addressed the gathering and highlighted the transformative potential of this partnership for research and education in packaging technology.

The programme included the arrival of dignitaries and the address speech by Dr. Tanweer Alam. Deepanker Agrawal, Managing Director of Ajanta Glass Ltd., highlighted the consequence of sustainable packaging solutions during his speech. R.K. Mishra, IRS, Director of IIP, further emphasized the importance of academia-industry collaboration between the institutions.

The university has started admission to PG programmes based on the Common Univeristy Entrance Test (CUET PG 2025). Students willing to take admission in PG programmes of the Central University of Haryana for the academic session 2025-26 have to appear for the CUET PG examination and qualify the entrance examination in order to be eligible for PG admissions at the university.
