DU Admissions 2022: The Delhi University will launch the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal today; i.e. September 12 at 12 pm. With the launch, the DU will officially begin the admission process for undergraduate courses for the academic year 2022-23. It must be noted that this year, the DU Admissions 2022 will be done on the basis of the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) score. 

Several students and parents have been eagerly waiting for the DU Application process 2022 can now finally relax. As per the reports, the DU Admission portal will close on October 3, 2022. This year, the DU admission process has been delayed due to the postponement of CUET UG Exam 2022 due to technical glitches, which in turn lead to the delay in announcement of CUET 2022 result. 

DU Admissions 2022: Key details to know

• DU Admission will be done through the CSAS portal in three phases — submission of the CSAS 2022 application form, selection of programmes and filling of preferences, and seat allocation and admission
• The CUET score will be required in the second phase of the process, which will begin once the CUET results have been announced
• DU Admissions 2022 will be done on the basis of the CUET UG score 2022
• A candidate will be required to select the programmes in which they want to take admission. They will have to confirm the programme-specific CUET UG merit score for all the selected programmes.
• In the third phase, a merit list will be issued and seats will be allocated on its basis

From the academic year 2022-23, University Grants Commission (UGC) has announced the common entrance test as the sole admission criteria. A total of 73 universities across India have signed up for CUET 2022 for admission to various undergraduate courses.

• Click on the link that reads admission for undergraduate programme
• Register on the website
• Enter all the personal details, mark sheets, photographs, signature, etc
• Make the payment
• Download the application confirmation or take a screenshot for future reference
