The School of Open Learning will also be starting with a new undergraduate course this year, B.A. (Hons) Psychology from this academic year.

Delhi University School of Open Learning (SOL) is likely to commence admissions from June 15 for various undergraduate courses. The department is also likely to launch a new undergraduate programme this academic year.

DU SOL is all prepared to admit students for the upcoming academic year and all preparations have been done for the same. There was a meeting held for the same at the university and is likely to commence admission from the mid of June.

The School of Open Learning will also be starting with a new undergraduate course this year, B.A. (Hons) Psychology. According to Prof. U.S. Pandey, OSD, Campus of Open Learning who is also working as Officiating Principal, School of Open Learning (SOL), University of Delhi: “We are planning to start the admission by June 15 tentatively. The department is all prepared for the same and we are launching a new course this year.”

Talking about seats at the UG level, Prof Pandey stated that there is no limit on the number of seats for undergraduate courses, however, there is a limitation for post-graduate courses. The fee structure of the new programme is likely to be higher than the B.A. Programme course offered by SOL.

Last year, DU SOL started six job-oriented courses, which were MBA, BBA in Financial Investment Analysis, Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS), BA (Honors) in economics, Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences (BLISc), and MLISc. Students looking to take admission at DUSOL will have to register themselves on the official website of SOL.

The department offers, offers admission to several UG and PG courses without any entrance test. Some of the popular courses offered by DU SOL are BA Programme, BA English Hons, BCom, BCom (Hons.) and BA Political Science (Hons.).
