Guru Nanak Dev University Extends Admission Last Date for Open and Distance Learning Courses

Guru Nanak Dev University has extended the registration deadline for open and distance learning and online courses. Interested students can check the steps to apply and the documents required for admission here. 

GNDU admission 2024

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) has extended the admission last date for courses offered under Open and Distance Learning (ODL) and online courses till November 15, 2024. The GNDU admission last date 2024 has been extended as per the guidelines issued by the University Grants Commission - Distance Education Bureau (UGC DEB) Notification. 

The University offers several courses under ODLmode including BA, BBA, B. Lib, MA (Punjabi), MA (English), M.Com, BCA, B.Com, MBA, MCA, Diploma in Computer Application(DCA), and Diploma in Communication Skills. Additionally, the online courses include BA,B.Com, BCA, MBA (HRM), MBA (MM), MBA, MBA, MBA (FM),  MCA, MA (English), and MA (Punjabi).

How to Apply for GNDU Admission 2024? 

Students have to follow the below steps to apply for GNDU Online and Distance Learning courses: 

  • Visit the official website - collegeadmissions.gndu.ain
  • Create a Login ID and password and provide the basic details
  • Using the allotted Login ID and password enter the registration portal to complete admissions.
  • For Online registration visit online.gndu.ac.in> Admissions > Open & Distance Admissions) Online registration can be made by filling in the necessary information in the form and payment of the registration fee for each course
  • After registration, the application form may be filled in using the login details generated.
  • Check the details carefully and submit the application form. 

Students have to keep the following documents ready for admission: 

  • A printed version of the online application form
  • Counseling Proforma
  • Two passport size photos
  • Original copy of all DMCs, degree (10th, 12th, Graduation (if applicable),
  • Post Graduation (if applicable)
  • Matriculation or equivalent examination certificate bearing testimony to date of birth
  • Reservation certificate as applicable
  • Residence certificate wherever applicable.
  • Copy of Aadhaar Card (issued by UIDAI, Govt. of India)
  • Any other documents (if applicable)
