IGNOU Admission 2024: The Indira Gandhi National Open University has once again extended the last date for IGNOU fresh admissions and re-registration for the July 2024 session. Now, candidates can complete IGNOU 2024 re-registration or fresh admission form till August 31. The IGNOU admission 2024 date has been extended for all the programmes offered in both ODL and online modes.
Earlier, the deadline was extended till August 14, which has now been extended till August 31. Interested candidates of the online courses can apply at the official IGNOU website: ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. However, the IGNOU ODL portal is ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.
Documents Needed to Apply for IGNOU Admission 2024
While filling out the IGNOU online form candidates must keep the below-mentioned documents ready with themselves:
- Scanned Photograph and Signature
- Scanned copy of Educational Qualification Certificates
- Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any)
- Scanned Copy of Category Certificate (if applicable)
How to apply IGNOU July 2024 Fresh Admission?
Those filling up the IGNOU admission form must go through the steps provided below:
Step 1: Go to the admission portal: ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in
Step 2: On the homepage, click on "New Registration"
Step 3: Fill in the registration form with details, such as name, email, mobile number, and other required information
Step 4: Once registered, log in with username and password
Step 5: Complete IGNOU application form by filling in personal details, educational qualifications, and course preferences
Step 6: Upload the documents
Step 7: Pay the admission fee and submit the form
For IGNOU 2024 re-registration, the existing students who need to re-register for the next semester or academic year can do so through the re-registration portal at the IGNOU's website.
