Union Budget 2024: The central government will present the interim Union Budget 2024 in Parliament tomorrow, i.e. February 1. As Lok Sabha elections are due for the month of April-May, the Finance Minister Sitharaman will present an Interim Budget. Meanwhile, the complete Budget 2024 will be presented by the new government that will take over post the general elections 2024.

Likely, the interim Union Budget 2024 will not comprise of significant policy changes or big-ticket announcements. However, it could be a trailer for full Union Budget 2024 expected post the elections.  

When will Union Budget be announced?

Budget 2024 Date and Time: The Financial Minister will present interim Union Budget for the financial year 2024-2025 tomorrow, i.e. February 1, 2024, in Lok Sabha. Union Budget 2024 presentation will begin at 11 am.

There will be a live telecast of Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman's Budget speech on Sansad TV and DD News. Union Budget 2024 will also be broadcast on the Press Information Bureau (PIB) through its official YouTube channel and website.
