The National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology has released the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C dates for the January examination. The theory examination of the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C level will commence on January 15, 2025. However, the practical examinations of NIELIT O/A/B/C January 2025 level will be held from February 8, 2025. The authorities will announce the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C January exam date sheet soon.

NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C Examination Registration for January Level Exam

The Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) for NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C January level examination have been released. Candidates can now fill out the examination application form online and pay the required fee at student.nielit.gov.in until November 11, 2024. However, the candidates can also avail of the services of the Common Service Centre (CSC) to fill out the examination form or pay the fee. While filling out the NIELIT 2025 OAEF, the candidates will have to select their choice of exam centres very carefully, as no change requests will be accepted later.

NIELIT 2025 OAEF processing fee is INR 100, in addition to the requisite fees for the applied Theory/Practical modules. Candidates can pay the processing fee online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or at the selected CSCs.

Q:   Has NIELIT O level registration for January 2025 cycle started?

A:

Yes. NIELIT O level registration for January 2025 cycle has ended. Both direct and institute level candidates were able to apply for NIELIT O level examination for the January 2025 cycle until October 10, 2024. Candidates had to fill out the required personal, academic and contact details. The scanned documents had to be uploaded and the fee had to be paid. NIELIT 2025 application form for A/B/C level exam were available until October 10, 2024 (direct candidates) and October 17, 2024 (institute candidates).

Q:   How can a candidate check his or her status of NIELIT registration for any course?

A:

NIELIT registration application status can be checked in the online student portal at student.nielit.gov.in by providing the registration application number received by a candidate during the filling up of the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF).

Q:   I lost all the information due to a power outage while filling out the application form. How do I restore it?

A:

No, a candidate has to login again and fill out the online examination application form again. There is no provision for saving the information if, for any reason, a candidate is logged out. Before filling out a NIELIT application form, candidates should be ready with the following:

  • A valid registration number
  • Personal Email ID of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
  • Personal mobile number of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
  • Clearly scanned the latest passport-size photograph, signature, and LTI (Left Thumb Impression); all in jpeg format, size limited to 50 KB each.
