The National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology has commenced the NIELIT 2025 registration process for the O/A/B/C level courses for the July 2025 cycle. Both direct and institute candidates can now apply for the NIELIT 2025 O level course until March 31, 2025. For the NIELIT 2025 A/B/C level, the final registration date is March 31, 2025, for the direct candidates and April 10, 2025, for the institute candidates. After the NIELIT 2025 application form last date, the authorities will not accept any registrations.

Steps to register for NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle
Candidates can follow the given steps to fill out the NIELIT 2025 application form for O/A/B/C July cycle.
- Registration: First, the candidates will have to register for NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C July cycle by submitting their basic details. A password has to be created for future login. The User ID and password will be sent to the candidate’s email address. Already registered candidates can log in using their credentials.
- Filling out the form: Next, the candidates will have to fill out the application form with their personal, academic and contact details.
- Uploading of documents: Candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per the official specifications.
- Payment of fee: Finally, the candidates will have to pay the application fee of INR 500 online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.
The candidates will also be able to use the services of CSC-SPVs to fill out the NIELIT 2025 application form and make the fee payment. Before NIELIT 2025 registration, the candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria. The NIELIT 2025 exam dates for the July cycle have not been announced yet. For the January 2025 cycle, NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C will be held from January 15, 2025 (Theory exam) and February 8, 2025 (Practical exam).

NIELIT Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF) process for the O/A/B/C January 2025 level exam has ended. Candidates were able to register for the NIELIT 2025 O/A/B/C January exam until November 13, 2024. All candidates had to complete the application process before the final date, to be registered for the entrance examination. Already registered candidates could log in using the required credentials to access the Online Examination Application Forms (OEAF).

No, a candidate has to login again and fill out the online examination application form again. There is no provision for saving the information if, for any reason, a candidate is logged out. Before filling out a NIELIT application form, candidates should be ready with the following:
- A valid registration number
- Personal Email ID of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
- Personal mobile number of the candidate, not of the institute, for validations and future correspondence.
- Clearly scanned the latest passport-size photograph, signature, and LTI (Left Thumb Impression); all in jpeg format, size limited to 50 KB each.
