JNTUK to start counselling for MTech, MBA sponsored courses on January 20

Applications will be accepted till January 18 and counselling will be held for three days from January 20 to 22. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of the university for more details. 

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada (JNTUK) has invited applications for filling up seats under the sponsored category for the MTech, MBA and MBA (CMNU) courses in JNTUK Institute of Science and Technology (IST), School of Management Studies (SMS), University College of Engineering Kakinada (UCEK) and University College of Engineering Vizianagaram (UCEV). 

JNTUK Registrar Prof L Sumalatha said the applications will be accepted till January 18 and the counselling will be held on January 20, 21, and 22. 

Eligibility criteria 

Candidates willing to join in the sponsored category courses should have qualified GATE/GPATAPPGECET and ICET entrance examinations and should also possess one-year work experience. 

The candidates should produce SSC, intermediate, degree marks memos, transfer certificate and conduct certificate, sponsorship certificate, qualified entrance examination hall ticket and rank card along with two passport size photographs. 

The counselling will be held for three days at the senate hall of the JNTUK. Candidates are advised to visit the official website of the university for further details. 

JNTUH postpones mid-term exams

JNTU Hyderabad has postponed the BTech, BPharm, MTech, MPharm mid-term exams, which were scheduled to be held from January 10, fearing a rise in Omicron cases. A notification issued by the JNTU read, “The BTech/BPharm fourth year first semester, third year first semester second mid-terms exams which were scheduled from January 10 to January 12 have been rescheduled and will be conducted from January 19 to January 21. The revised second mid-term exam timetable will be communicated soon.”
