JNV Admissions 2022 for Class 11 begin; Check details here

Students seeking admission to science, commerce, vocational and humanities streams can apply online at the official website of NVS, i.e. navodaya.gov.in.

JNV Class 11 Admissions 2022: Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has commenced the application process for admission to Class 11 against vacant seats in the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas (JNV). Students seeking admission to science, commerce, vocational and humanities streams of Class 11 at JNV must apply for the same before the last date. Candidates can apply online at the official website of NVS, i.e. navodaya.gov.in.

NVS Class 11 Admission 2022 Eligibility

Candidates who qualified for Class 10 in the academic year 2021-22 in government or government-recognized schools are eligible to apply for JNV Class 11 Admissions 2022. Candidates applying for Class 11 admissions at JNV should be born between June 1, 2005, to May 31, 2007, for getting enrolled at NVS Class 11.

In order to inform the prospectus students, Samiti has also released an official statement on its website. “Admission against available vacant seats in Class 11 on the basis of marks secured by students in Class 10 board exam during the academic session 2021-22, subject to admission criteria of Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti”, an official statement on the website reads.

NVS Class 11 Admission 2022 Selection Process

The selection of students for Class 11 admissions at JNV will be done by Samiti. A district-wise merit list will be prepared and students will be chosen to fill the available seats. After selecting students against the vacant seats in the JNV of the district, a common merit list will be prepared at the state level for Class 11 admissions 2022.
