Maharashtra National Law University Mumbai has notified that the admission for one year LLM (Executive) 2022-23 is open, read here to know more.
The LLM (Executive) programme 2022-23 offered by Maharashtra National Law University (MNLU) Mumbai will be conducted through a classroom teaching on Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays or Weekday evenings. Admission is open right now, and interested candidates can apply for the program.
There are a total number of 50 seats currently, however, the university reserves the right to change the number of seats in a given academic year without prior notice.
The admission will be given on the basis of the All India Entrance Test conducted by MNLU Mumbai, which is scheduled for July 2022. The merit cut-off list will accordingly be prepared for admission and reservation as per Maharashtra Government Rules.
MNLU LLM (Executive) programme 2022-23 course details
The program will include 24 credits including four mandatory papers of three credits each and elective papers of two credits each.
The notification says, "The intense academic activity during each semester will be spread across 18 weeks and it shall include teaching, projects, assignments, seminars etc"
The course is unique and tailored to meet the needs and expectations of law professionals seeking to upgrade their knowledge.
Eligibility criteria for MNLU LLM (Executive) programme 2022-23
The candidate must have an LLB Degree (3 years or 5 years) or an equivalent examination with a minimum of fifty percent of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates belonging to General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI categories and forty-five percent (45%) of marks or its equivalent grade in case of candidates
belonging to SC/ST categories. Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2022 are also eligible to apply.
There is no upper age limit for appearing in the entrance exam 2022. One who has been in service or had professional experience will be eligible to enrol for the said programme. The candidate will have to pass the entrance exam scheduled for July 2022. The date of the exam shall be released in June.
