As per Bar Council of India regulations, for the students who passed their LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) degree from 2010 onwards, it is now mandatory to clear the All India Bar Examination to practice law in India. The state bar councils also ensure that the enrolled lawyers appear for the All India Bar Examination and pass the examination. If any enrolled lawyer fails to pass the bar examination then they are debarred from the councils or associations until they pass the exam. • Choose limited but the right study material and books for AIBE
• Do not forget Bare Acts; it forms the most important part of AIBE preparation
• Prepare a well thought-out study plan and adhere to it strictly
