Shivam mentioned that since the AIBE is no longer an open-book exam, it became somewhat challenging to attempt all the questions. He added that having access to bare acts with short notes was particularly helpful, as it allowed him to efficiently cover a larger number of questions during the exam.

Ankit said that the Constitutional Law section was moderately difficult. The questions were straightforward, focusing on fundamental principles of the Indian Constitution. While the questions on Criminal Law were relatively easy to moderate. This section was manageable, with questions revolving around the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).

Nitin Sharma thought the paper was moderate to tough. He said the question paper was tricky as he had to invest more time to understand question. There were no direct questions. BNSS section was easiest from where maximum questions were asked, however, questions that were asked from Constitutional Law were compartively tough.

The Bar Council of India will release the AIBE 19 (XIX) Result 2024 within a week or so. However, the BCI has not confirmed any date of released of AIBE 19 Exam until now. 

Anup said the question was asked mostly from the new AIBE 19 Syllabus. However, he felt that the AIBE Exam should be conducted in an open-book format.

AIBE aspirants often question whether there is any limit on the number of attempts for the bar examination. However, BCI has made it clear to all law graduates that:

• They can attempt AIBE examination multiple times until qualified. 
• They can attempt AIBE even after they fail several times.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the AIBE 2024 eligibility criteria for candidates who will be appearing for the AIBE 19 Exam. To take AIBE, candidates need to fulfil the AIBE XIX (19) eligibility criteria 2024-25 as mentioned below:

Education: Candidates should hold a three- or five-year LLB degree from a recognised institute or university by Bar Council of India
