Yes, as per Bar Council of India regulations, for the students who passed their LL.B. (Legum Baccalaureus) degree from 2010 onwards, it is now mandatory to clear the All India Bar Examination to practice law in India. The state bar councils also ensure that the enrolled lawyers appear for the All India Bar Examination and pass the examination. If any enrolled lawyer fails to pass the bar examination then they are debarred from the councils or associations until they pass the exam.

Candidates must note that the Council will not release the AIBE 18 Rechecking Result on its official website. The result will be sent by an email to the candidates. 

Candidates must not feel disheartened if they did not clear AIBE 18 Exam. Candidates can appear for AIBE 19. 

The candidates who qualify AIBE 2024 will be issued a Certificate of Practice. The COPs are generally issued within 60 days of AIBE results. Candidates will be able to obtain COP from their state bar council once notified by the bar council. Now, BCI also issues AIBE COPs in online mode via AIBESCOPE mobile application.

The BCI is expected to release AIBE 19 Notification 2024 on official website allindiabarexamination.com by end of April 2024. The Council will conduct the 19th All India Bar Examination (AIBE) tentatively in June 2024. The AIBE 19 notification will also carry the dates for online registration for AIBE 19, AIBE 19 Application Correction Window Dates 2024, AIBE XIX 19 Exam Date 2024 and other details.

The application form for AIBE 19, the next session of Indian bar examination will be made available anytime soon. The exact date of application form availability will be confirmed by the Bar Council of India in a notification. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 will also be mentioned in the official notification. Candidates can complete fee payment until the last date. 

The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is conducted once a year. The Bar Council of India is responsible for conducting this exam nationally. The AIBE question paper has 100 objective questions that are paper-based. Clearing this exam gives a Certificate of Practice (COP), which is mandatory to practice as a lawyer in Indian courts. AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024 has not been announced yet. However, it is expected to be held in February end.  AIBE Exam 2024 will be conducted in offline mode.

AIBE 18 Result has been announced. The students are now awaiting for the notification for the upcoming AIBE 19 dates. BCI is expected to release the AIBE 19 notification anytime soon.

The Bar Council of India released an official statement regarding the AIBE Certificate of Practice (CoP) on its website. The message said that the AIBESCOPE, the official app of the organisation, is no longer valid for accessing AIBE online CoP. The only things you can do with the online CoP are see details, request corrections and cross-reference data from State Bar Councils. The candidate's name, father's name, and enrollment number are examples of specific information. The AIBE CoP cannot be printed or downloaded from the internet.

The Bar Council of India has withheld the AIBE results for applicants who neglected to upload their enrollment documents. In the AIBE 18 result notice, BCI stated, "The results are withheld from the candidates who uploaded documents other than the enrollment certificate." Those candidates must email their enrollment certificates to bci.helpdesk@smartexams.in before April 10, 2024. The results for these candidates will be made public by April 15, 2024."

AIBE 19 exam date 2024 released by Bar Council of India along with the official AIBE 19 Notification. AIBE 19 (XIX) Registration Date will also be published along with the notification. 

Candidates can use the easy steps listed below to check their AIBE 18 Result 2023:

• Visit the official AIBE XVIII website.
• When you click on the result link in the website's notification bar, a new tab will open with the login window.
• Enter your date of birth and roll number to register for AIBE 2023.
• The outcome of a successful login will be shown on the screen.
• Download the result, then print it off.

The AIBE Result 2024 was compiled using 93 questions, according to the AIBE result notice. The exam's final answer key had seven questions removed. As a result, the AIBE 18 results for 93 marks were released. These seven questions were eliminated after taking into account the candidates' concerns regarding the AIBE 18 preliminary answer key.

The AIBE Certificate of Practice will be awarded to candidates who successfully complete the AIBE 18 Exam 2023. Hopefully, within 45 days of the results being revealed, qualifying candidates will receive information about AIBE COP 2024 at their postal address. Candidates then need to submit that piece of paper to the state bar council after finishing their enrollment and certifying that their name has been registered with the Bar Council of India. The State Bar Council will thereafter award candidates with a Certificate of Practice.

Candidates can retake the All India Bar Examination (AIBE)  if in case they fail to clear AIBE 18 Exam. The All India Bar Examination (AIBE) must be passed in order to practise law in India. What the AIBE Exam Is For:

1. To obtain the COP Certificate of Practice, candidates must pass the All India Bar Examination.

2. In India, obtaining a Certificate of Practice is a requirement for practicing law.

The minimum qualifying cut off marks for AIBE as decided by the bar council are:

AIBE 18 OMR Re-checking Process 2023 began on April 10. Candidates could apply for the rechecking of the AIBE 18 OMR sheet until April 25, 2024. AIBE 18 Rechecking Result 2023 is expected to be released anytime soon. 

AIBESCOPE provides access to the AIBE online CoP, which is not valid. Note that you can only examine the online CoP and request corrections from the State Bar Council. The AIBE CoP is not available for download or printing by candidates.

AIBE 18 Re-checking Result 2023 will be announced online. No candidates will be issued the result for AIBE 18 in offline mode.

As per the official notification released by BCI, the AIBE 18 qualifying cutoff for 2023 for General and OBC categories candidates is 42 out of 100 points, while candidates in the SC and ST categories must score at least 37 points.

BCI is likely to publise the official AIBE 19 notification along with the AIBE 19 exam date for 2024. The notification will be followed by the announcing the AIBE 19 (XIX) Registration Date.
