AIBE XV postponed, registrations to continue

The Bar Council of India has postponed AIBE XV again. Earlier, AIBE 2020 was scheduled to be held on November 8. Read here to know more. 

All India Bar Examination 2020 has been postponed again by the Bar Council of India (BCI). The exam was scheduled to be held on November 8, however, the exam authority have released a notification informing that the new exam schedule will be released soon.

The Bar Council of India has also shared that the revised schedule of AIBE XV including, the exam date will be decided by the monitoring committee only. Moreover, the last date of application for AIBE 2020 has been reopened. The registration window for AIBE XV was to close on October 17 as per the previous schedule.

AIBE is a national-level examination conducted by the Bar Council of India to assess whether provisionally enrolled advocates or fresh law graduates have the aptitude to practice law. The exam is an open book test and evaluates candidates' analytical abilities along with a basic understanding of law subjects.
