AIBE XVII (17) Result 2023 Released Live: Check AIBE Result Status @allindiabarexamination.com

The main documents that candidates need to attach with COP application are:

The Bar Council of India is yet to activate an application correction link wherein candidates whose result shows WITHHELD due to incorrect/incomplete/ missing enrollment number, will be able to upload it. This link will be available from May 1, 2023 tentatively.

If any candidate has doubts and wishes to get results rechecking done, then the exam authority will open a window for result rechecking. Candidates may also request for answer sheet rechecking by visiting BCI office, by sending email with their name, AIBE application number, AIBE roll number, Question Paper set code, language, and enrollment number.

The State Bar Councils have not provided any online service for obtaining COP. Candidates can only download application form format or visit the state bar council directly apply for COP. They need to carry all the documents like AIBE 17 result, provisional enrollment ID, photograph, and fee as applicable. Thereafter, the SBC shall send the COP on the address of candidate's as well as the official address if mentioned in the application form. 

To obtain COP, candidates need to:

1. Check and download the result page of AIBE XVII and get printouts
2. Get result details corrected in case of spelling errors (if any) from BCI exam helpdesk via email
3. Apply for Certificate of Practice by obtaining an application format from the enrolled state bar council
4. Fill the COP application format, and submit it in person to the state bar council along with AIBE 17 result copy and required fees. 

The state bar council will send COP by mail on the registered address of candidates. 

Candidates whose result shows WITHHELD status, will be given two chances to rectify those errors as under:

Upload enrollment certificate in correct manner by May 15, 2023, and BCI will declare results by May 20, 2023. 

Upload enrollment certificate in correct manner by May 25, 2023, and BCI will declare results by May 30, 2023.

Candidates whose results have been REJECTED for missing set code on Question Booklet or doubly filled or incorrectly filled in OMR Sheet, cannot request BCI to declare their results. They will now be required to appear for next session i.e. AIBE 18, which is yet to be announced.

BCI has made direct link to donwload LIVE after resolving technical glitches and now candidates can download scorecard for knowing qualifying status. 

The result will show following status: 

• Pass
• Fail
• WITHHELD till Enrollment Certificate Uploaded 
• WITHHELD for Rajkot Test City - 
• Rejected

No, as per the official website, the direct link to check and download AIBE 17 result will be available only after 5 pm. Meanwhile, candidates can check their registered email address (including spam/junk folder) to know their qualifying status as sent by BCI.

Candidates will be able to download result only after 5 pm.

BCI has deactivated the scorecard download link till 5 PM for maintenance to resolve technical issues.

The officials have informed that candidates are not able to download AIBE 17 results due to technical glitches therefore, they can wait till 5 PM to check their result. The website stated, "Dear Candidates, This is to inform you that due to some technical glitch on website, the website is under maintenance till 5PM. After 5PM you can access your result."

As informed by BCI, the total marks out of which result has been evaluated are 98 marks. Therefore, the final cutoff marks for AIBE 17 are as under:

• General/OBC category - 38 marks out of 98 marks
• SC/  ST / PWD category - And 34 marks out of 98 marks

Yes, in case candidates find FAIL status on AIBE 17 Result login, then they can apply for Answer Sheet Rechecking, for which the exam authority will provide a link in a few days. 

In case, candidates have forgotten login credentials i.e. Application Number or Password, then they can obtain it from the official website as under:

The registration number of candidates is shared with them on their email address, moreover, it is mentioned on their admit card as well. 

To obtain password: 

1. Go to the official website and click on Registration link https://register.cbtexams.in/BCI/Registration/Account/ForgotPassword 
2. On this page, click on Login and the forgot password link 
3. A new window will open where, candidates have to enter their registration number and phone number, and click on Get Password
4. The password will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidates.

BCI has not informed about declaration of results for Rajkot candidates, as it is still being probed by the monitoring committee. The official notification stated, "Candidates who have written their exam in Rajkot City, their results have been withheld by Honourable monitoring Committee till further notice on account of report of mass usage of unfair means."

The result page is available for download, and can be saved as PDF file on the mobile phones, which candidates can get printed out later on.

BCI has informed candidates for WITHHELD/ REJECTED result status of AIBE 17 with following notification:

BCI has withheld results of candidates for the following reasons:

• Incorrect enrolment certificate 
• No enrolment certificate in application form
• Candidates whose centre was Rajkot test city

The exam authority will declare results for all WITHHELD copies but not for REJECTED copies.

Candidates whose results have been withheld due to incomplete/ incorrect/ No enrolment certificate in their applications need to note down following schedule:

As informed by BCI, "The candidates whose result are withheld due to incorrect and non-uploading of enrolment certificate during registration process, would need to upload their enrolment certificate on registration portal before 15^th May 2023. Their results will be declared by 20^th May 2023. Those who do not upload their enrolment certificate by 15^th May 2023,  their results shall not be declared by 20^th May, 2023 and shall be declared later by 30^th May, 2023 provided they upload the enrolment certificate by 25^th May, 2023."
