NLU, Delhi to conduct AILET 2022 on May 1, 2022, for admission into five-year BA LLB (Honors), LLM, and PhD programmes.
The National Law University (NLU), Delhi is the only NLU that doesn't accept Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) scores and conduct its own entrance examination All India Law Entrance Test (AILET).
The candidates who want to pursue five-year Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Legislative Law (BA LLB) (Honors), LLM (Latin Legum Magister also known as Master of Laws), and PhD (Doctor of Philosophy) programmes at NLU, Delhi can apply for AILET 2022 from the first week of January 2022 and the entrance exam will be held on May 1, 2022, from 10 am to 11:30 am at all India levels.
The eligibility requirement for a five-year BA LLB (Honors) is that the applicants must be a 12th class pass, for the LLM programme, the candidate must have completed LLB and for the PhD programme, the applicant must have completed LLM. The candidates are advised to check the detailed eligibility criteria on the official website.
The university will release the application forms and admission notice at nludelhi.ac.in.
NLU, Delhi stated through an official notice, “The National Law University, Delhi will conduct “All India Law Entrance Test - 2022 (AILET - 2022)” for admission to Five Year B.A.LL.B. (Hons.), LL.M. and Ph.D Programme on Sunday, May 1s, 2022 from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM at all India level. The Admission Notice and Online Application Form will be available on the University website https://nludelhi.ac.in from the first week of January 2022.”
Steps to register for AILET-2022
Step 1: Go to the official website https://nludelhi.ac.in.
Step 2: Click on the registration link on the homepage.
Step 3: Register with name, number, date of birth and email ID.
Step 4: Login using the system generated application ID and password.
Step 5: The application form will appear on the screen, fill the form for the respective course.
Step 6: Enter details and upload scanned copies of the required documents.
Step 7: Pay the application fee, submit the form, and print the application form for future reference.
